The Power Plant is the central engine of your settlement. Upgrading it early increases electricity output, which speeds up production in all buildings and unlocks smoother expansion. Without enough power, upgrades and resource processing slow down significantly.

Balance Production and Storage

Upgrading production buildings too fast without increasing storage leads to wasted resources. Keep production and storage growth in sync, particularly for food and wood — the two most critical early game resources.

Food affects both morale and survivor efficiency.
